To all "WILL CALL" PROPANE HOME HEATING CUSTOMERS ONLY (This does not apply to keepfull accounts).   

The definition of a "will call" customer is one who watches their own propane tank and calls when they need a delivery. In order for our drivers to make timely deliveries and to be efficient in their routes we will be enforcing our policy of requiring a 48 hour notice on all "will call" orders of propane for home heating. We will also begin enforcing our 150 gallon or a fill (which ever comes first) minimum order policy on all "will call" orders. If a customer requires a delivery and it is less than 150 gallons of home heating propane and\or needs the propane the same day there will be an extra charge of $0.20 a gallon added to the price of the propane. For our drivers to keep their routes up to date and other "will call" customers taken care of in a timely fashion we need these policies in place to service everyone as fast and efficiently as possible.
