Summer-Fill Program Price Protection
Due to the volatility in the propane market we are unable to offer downward price protection. The price on the day of delivery will be the locked in price of your summer fill.
Deferred Payment
For all accounts with approved credit and in good standing, the due date will be deferred to October 10th that year. All deliveries must be paid in full by October 10 that year to receive the summer fill price. Accounts must be current at the time of delivery to participate in the deferred program. Accounts more than 60 days past due will need to place an order and make payment on delivery.
Contracting and Prepay
A prepay contract program is now available. The price is fixed at the time of contracting for all contracted gallons. Contracts may be written over the telephone (by calling 866-552-3835 toll-free), or by stopping at our office. Contracts are not valid until accepted by Petroleum Partners, LLC. Payment is due at signing and the price will be determined on the date the contract is written.
Budget Program
Petroleum Partners, LLC also offers a Budget Payment Program. The way this program works is we estimate your propane needs for a year and divide that by 11 months. That is what your monthly payments will be, with the first payment due in June.
