To all "WILL CALL" HOME HEATING FUEL CUSTOMERS ONLY (This does not apply to keepfull accounts) 

The definition of a "will call" customer is one who watches their own fuel tank and calls when they need a dellivery. In order for our drivers to make timely deliveries and to be efficient in their routes we will be enforcing our policy of requiring a 48 hour notice on all "will call" orders of heating fuel. We will also begin enforcing our 150 gallon or a fill (which ever comes first) minimum order policy on all "will call"  orders. If a customer requires a delivery and it is less than 150 gallons of home heating fuel and\or needs the fuel the same day there will be an extra charge of $0.20 a gallon added to the price of the fuel. For our drivers to keep their routes up to date and other "will call" customers taken care of in a timely fashion we need these policies in place to servie everyone as fast and efficiently as possible.  

Petroleum Partners does offer several options to our customers that are on fixed income so that they may also get on a "keep full" program.
